§2257 Compliance Statement

Part A - Human Content

Models and individuals featured in any images and visual depictions on this website were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the images and depictions were created.

BD Technologies AG, as the operator of gaygrinder.com, is not the “primary producer” of any images and depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(A) and (B), except to the extent it directly creates such depictions.

The operator’s activities are limited to hosting, transmission, storage, editing, and display of content submitted by independent third-party users, consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

The operator may, at its discretion, remove any material uploaded by users that is unlawful, explicit, offensive, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inconsistent with the operator's policies and Terms and Conditions.

In circumstances where visual content does not qualify for exemption, the operator affirms that all individuals depicted were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time such depictions were created. The records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to such depictions are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location:

Part B - Exempt Content

Certain images and visual depictions that appear on or in connection with this website may be exempt from the record-keeping and labelling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The operator may be deemed a secondary producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B); however, the following types of content are not subject to record-keeping because they do not involve actual human performers:

• AI-generated images or artistic renderings, which do not involve actual human models and are therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75;
• Depictions that do not portray “actual sexually explicit conduct” as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv);
• Depictions of genitals or pubic areas produced after July 27, 2006, in which no actual human models were involved (Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act amendments);
• Depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct produced after the effective date of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A (July 3, 1995); or
• Any other depictions that fall outside the categories requiring record-keeping under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
